Warranty

Rotek water system (“ROTEK”) warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase (the “Limited Warranty”). Please keep the purchase receipt for future reference.

The Limited Warranty is only provided to original purchasers and only applies to products purchased directly from ROTEK website or from any of authorized resellers. New replacement parts will be provided to exchange for any defective parts, and it does not apply to consumable items, such as filters, membranes.

To be eligible for the Limited Warranty, the purchaser must register at www.rotekwatersytem.com.

Contact ROTEK, support@rotekwatersystem.com and describe the problem, if there is an issue or believe to have a defective part. Support team will verify the product with purchase record and provide you with technical help or support you need for installation or help you with arrangement to return the defective part.

NOT Covered

The Limited Warranty does not cover the followings; cost of installation or reinstallation of any products, cleaning of the system, damage from improper storage, not installed per instructions provided, damage from over (commercial) used, misapplication, negligence, alteration, freezing, flood, fire, or acts of God, filters, RO membranes, due to improper water pressure or source water quality, supplementary damages from system failure, due to using the parts not from Rotek water system, or paint damages.

This limited warranty does not include service to diagnose a claimed malfunction in this unit.

We assume no warranty liability in connection with this system other than that specified herein. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. ROTEK’s liability hereunder shall not exceed the cost of the product. Under no circumstances will Rotek be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any other loss, damage or expense of any kind, including loss of use, arising in connection with the installation or use or inability to use the covered items. These warranties are governed by the laws of the state of California and may change at any time without notice.
