Refund Policy
Every Rotek water Reverse Osmosis
system, spare parts and filters come with a 30-day money back guarantee from
the purchase date. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or due to order processing
error from Rotek water system.

If
the merchandise was returned completely unused (unopened with filters in
original condition), a full refund (purchase price excluding shipping
and handling) will be
return once the product is received undamaged.

If
the merchandise was returned unused but item packaging is opened, 15% of
re-stocking fee from purchased price.
·
If
the merchandise was returned unused but returned with missing or damaged parts,
15% - 45% re-stocking fee (depending on the condition) from the purchased
price.
·
If
the merchandise was returned used and tested non-defective, 50% re-stocking fee
from purchase price.
Refunds are given using the payment
method used when you place your order. Refunds process starts after the returned
merchandise is received, and usually takes 3-5 business days. The final amount
of the refund will be calculated based on purchased price from the original
receipt, the manufacturer’s warranty and Rotek water system’s return policy.
All returns are subject to inspection
and approval by Seller before a refund will be issued.

Return Procedure
RMA Number:
Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from
ROTEK by e-mailing at support@rotekwatersystem.com. Any products sent to ROTEK
without an RMA number will not receive a refund. The return products must be
received by ROTEK within 15 days after the RMA number being generated.
Packaging:
Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box, or a box of equivalent
strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent
damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box,
including any free items if applicable. Be sure to drain out all water from wet
systems and parts and wrap them in plastic bags before packing.
Return Address:
ROTEK Support Team will provide customer with an ROTEK warehouse address to
return the merchandise when issuing the RMA number.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees on all products, unless
the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect.
